Magnolia Green is a 12-acre mixed-use urban village located in Fort Worth’s Near Southside district. Mercury spearheaded this development when it acquired vacant land in 2002. We subsequently developed the Texas Cancer Center, the Wells Fargo building, and other buildings surrounding the one-acre Magnolia Green park. Mercury is proud to have helped revitalize the Near Southside with this hub of economic and social activity off Magnolia Avenue most beloved for Friday on the Green.
